• As the largest career student organization in the world, Future Business Leaders of America remains committed to inclusivity where every class year and major is welcome to join our community of ambitious students looking to sharpen their skills ahead of early career opportunities.

• Our organization looks to put students in an optimal position within the career searching process by hosting workshops, speaker series, and formal networking events. Our annual premier event is Dining with the Distinguished, which is the largest student-run professional event at Rutgers where students, faculty, alumni, and professionals are invited for formal dining and networking.

• Students can extend their involvement by joining one of our committees which include professional development, events, fundraising, and public relations. Applying to a committee is a great way to build leadership experience and contribute to the operations of the organization.
